RESHAPE

Enter our most gruelling workout and prepare to be mentally + physically challenged. Expect quickfire rounds of high-powered treadmill sessions, dynamic weight sequences and a whole lot of endorphins.

Each session you’ll burn hard in endurance and speed treadmill training, and the use of weights to suit your level, designed to mould your body and break barriers. It’s an experience that will challenge, inspire, burn fat and push you to exertion that you never thought possible.

RUMBLE

This hard-hitting session incorporates explosive speed, footwork, strength but most of all willpower.

45 minutes of sound and energy, it’s a boxing battle between you and your bag. Be ready to learn the foundations of boxing from your stance and form, to killer punching combos, interspersed with strength and conditioning body weight drills specific to boxing.

REFORMER

Welcome to one of the toughest classes you will ever do. These sessions combine strong controlled movements with intense cardio bursts. Leave feeling powerful, inspired, invigorated.

Carefully curated sessions drive muscle fatigue to the point of exhaustion, creating the most efficient results. Every move is timed to the beat, helping you to burn, sweat and shake your way through class. Burn for 45 mins. Choose from 4 class style. Increase flexibility while building strength. Lengthen and tone.
